I would honestly pay a lot of money for a time machine and a full-body massage. But because neither of those things are within reach for me at the moment (come on, science!), I′ll just be over hear rolling it out until further notice.
While it′s not as fun (read: lazy) as the real deal, foam rolling may improve your range of motion and flexibility as well as reduce muscle pain. And that′s kind of amazing if your life is basically just hunching over a desk for eight hours before doing a HIIT workout and retiring to your couch for the rest of time.

I feel you, I see you, I am you. This firm roller really gets up in your muscles, but it also vibrates. Those ~good vibes~ somehow make the pain disappear (at least it did for me), making the foam rolling experience way more enjoyable.
